Replacing disjointed paper registers, phone calls, and spreadsheets, Caleb engineered a unified operations hub combining geolocation-verified attendance, property registries, task delegation, and executive analytics into an intuitive, multi-tenant system.

Managing distributed property portfolios with paper sign-ins and WhatsApp updates left management blind to whether staff actually visited assigned sites, creating operational delays, inconsistent task execution, and unverified hours.
Caleb architected a location-aware operations platform with precision GPS geofencing that strictly validates staff presence within 100 meters before check-in. Paired with role-based permissions, teams only access their assigned sites while leadership maintains real-time oversight.
